Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Hygiene Compliance Administrator in Carlisle to support the hygiene operation within a busy food manufacturing environment. The role will manage compliance records, training documentation, and operational paperwork with accuracy and organization.

Key responsibilities include maintaining records, updating training, supporting risk assessments and audits, and providing general administrative support to the Hygiene Management Team.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive candidate for hygiene administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene and compliance records.
• Update training and competency records.
• Support risk assessment, COSHH and SOP/CWI documentation.
• Maintain audit and action trackers.
• Collate information for KPI and compliance reporting; support audits.
• Provide general administrative support to the Hygiene Management Team.
