Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Hygiene Compliance Administrator in Carlisle to support the hygiene operation within a busy food manufacturing environment. The role will manage compliance records, training documentation, and operational paperwork with accuracy and organization.

Key responsibilities include maintaining records, updating training, supporting risk assessments and audits, and providing general administrative support to the Hygiene Management Team.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive candidate for hygiene administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, desirable.

Hygiene Compliance Administrator

We are looking for an organised and proactive Hygiene Compliance Administrator to support our hygiene operation within a busy food manufacturing environment.

The role will provide administrative support to the Hygiene Management Team, helping to ensure compliance records, training documentation and operational paperwork are accurate, organised and kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Maintaining hygiene and compliance records
• Updating training and competency records
• Supporting risk assessment, COSHH and SOP/CWI documentation
• Maintaining audit and action trackers
• Collating information for KPI and compliance reportingSupporting preparation for internal and client audits
• General administrative support to the Hygiene Management Team

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Previous experience within food manufacturing, hygiene, compliance or a similar environment would be advantageous.
