Job summary

ScaleX™ Talent Solutions is recruiting an Assembly Technician for a growing engineering business developing hydrogen fuel cell power systems in Kington St Michael, Wiltshire. The role is full-time, site-based with a salary of £28,000–£33,000.

You will assemble electrical and mechanical components, prepare parts for manufacture, troubleshoot issues and help improve assembly processes. A full UK driving licence is required and occasional travel overseas may be required.

Qualifications

• Grounding in electrical and mechanical assembly with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence is required and occasional travel overseas possible.
• Experience with wiring looms, production environments or high voltage systems is useful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components to a high standard
• Prepare and organise parts for manufacture
• Troubleshoot build issues and improve assembly processes
• Support the creation and updating of build instructions
