Job summary

Hykit is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive our commercial growth by identifying and progressing new customer opportunities across clean-fuels and hydrogen portfolios. You will build a proactive pipeline in sectors such as construction, agriculture, materials handling, marine, aviation and other industrial users, reporting to the Sales Director and coordinating cross-functional inputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience prospecting, building relationships and advancing opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tender/procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective hydrogen and clean-fuel customers.
• Outbound prospecting to secure introductory meetings.
• Maintain CRM records of leads and opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings with the Sales Director.
• Draft opportunity summaries and qualification notes.
• Coordinate inputs to assemble customer-specific proposals.
• Support indicative pricing and volume profiling for negotiations.
• Monitor tenders, framework opportunities and policy developments.
• Contribute to routine reporting on pipeline health.
