Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with hands-on experience is required.
• Experience with hydraulic and electronic test equipment in production testing.
• Experience in hydro-mechanical product testing environments (actuators, pumps, valves).
• Strong root cause investigation and problem-solving abilities; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full engineering and technical support across manufacturing and test cells to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Lead availability and serviceability of hydraulic, high-voltage, and electronic test equipment including commissioning and calibration.
• Ensure configuration control of test equipment hardware and software for repairs and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain operator instructions and test documentation with clarity and traceability.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians on the shop floor or test cells.
