Job summary

The Social Mobility Foundation seeks an Aspiring Professionals Programme Coordinator for our London office. This hybrid full-time role supports delivery of the Aspiring Professionals Programme across years, coordinating student recruitment, onboarding and events.

You will work with employer partners, schools and universities, manage data, report on progress and help students pursue university internships and graduate opportunities. Some travel is required; start date November 2026.

Qualifications

• Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of the barriers young people face in accessing university and particular careers

Responsibilities

• Deliver key projects including recruiting and onboarding students.
• Coordinate programme pilots and scoping new activity.
• Collaborate with employer partners, schools and universities to support student applications.
• Maintain accurate records and update stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Plan and manage day-to-day tasks to ensure outputs meet outcomes.
• Organise events and produce high-quality content aligned with SMF messaging.
• Support mentoring provision and resource creation.
