Social Mobility Foundation is seeking an Aspiring Professionals Programme Coordinator to deliver the Aspiring Professionals Programme across years, based in our Manchester office with occasional travel to Leeds. The role is hybrid, permanent and full-time, starting November 2026, with hours 9:00–17:30 and flexible working options.

Formación

• Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of the barriers young people face in accessing university and particular careers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver key projects including recruiting and onboarding students, creating digital resources and student events.
• Support with programme pilots, scoping (and delivering on) new activity.
• Collaborate with employer partners, schools and universities to support young people in university, internships and graduate roles.
• Update stakeholders on work areas and escalate issues promptly.
• Plan and manage day-to-day tasks to ensure outputs meet outcomes.
• Deliver events related to the programme model to a high standard.
• Contribute to team meetings and share ideas to solve problems creatively.
