Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to drive end-to-end integration solutions across HR and Finance domains. You will lead technical discussions, capture stakeholder requirements, and design robust Workday-based systems in a hybrid UK setting.

The role emphasizes deep Workday knowledge, certifications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant integrations on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience in live/production environments.
• Proven record in complex Workday development for large org (HR/Finance).
• Extensive Workday integrations using Studio, Orchestration, EIB, Cloud Connect, API.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday Prism development.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday configuration and HR modules.
• Workday Pro certification or partner certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience across a matrix organization with timely delivery.
• Excellent team player with strong communication to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical authority in your domain.
• Provide guidance to analysts, architects and designers.
• Capture requirements and design end-to-end solutions.
• Assess and validate designs and proofs of concept.
• Contribute to software architecture strategy.
• Liaise with Infrastructure Design teams for solution design.
• Own IT problems within your domain impacting operations.
