Job summary

Keylime Consultants are working with a growing international organisation that is looking to add a Workday Functional Analyst to its expanding HR Technology team. This is a broad functional role within a compact and collaborative HRIS function, offering the opportunity to work across a well-established Workday environment while supporting its continued development.

You’ll combine hands-on configuration with system enhancements, project activity and day-to-day functional support, working closely

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience within a post go-live environment.
• Strong Workday Core HCM configuration experience.
• Workday Recruiting experience would be a significant advantage.
• Exposure to additional modules such as Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning or Time Tracking.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes.
• Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Security.
• Comfortable gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical Workday solutions.
• Previous involvement in Workday enhancements, testing and release activity
• Experience working with HR stakeholders and wider business teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative HR Technology environment

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Workday configuration across HRIS post go-live
• Configure Core HCM and support Workday Business Processes
• Assist with Workday releases, testing and enhancements
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders
