Job summary

Focus Cloud is seeking a Workday Finance Analyst to join our growing team on a permanent basis in the North West Surrey area. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite) with a salary in the £70,000–£75,000 range plus bonus and benefits.

You will collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to optimise, configure and enhance Workday Financials to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day Workday Financials operations, troubleshooting, gathering requirements, testing/UAT,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting or configuring Workday Financials.
• Knowledge of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Expenses or Financial Reporting.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing and UAT.
• Understanding of Workday business processes, reporting, security and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation, configuration and continuous improvement of Workday Financials.
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancements and work closely with AMS partners.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, system releases and configuration changes.
• Assist with Workday reporting, data quality and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline Finance processes and improve system efficiency.
