Job summary

You will develop and maintain supply plans, manage master schedules, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams while working closely with suppliers to ensure material availability and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Significant experience in materials planning, production scheduling, inventory control, manufacturing or related supply chain discipline.
• Experience utilizing ERP and materials planning systems to manage supply and demand.
• Knowledge of master scheduling, inventory optimization, part change management, and supplier collaboration processes.
• Understanding of export controls, compliance requirements and applicable supply chain regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans that align wholegoods availability with customer demand while supporting operational efficiency and delivery performance.
• Utilize materials planning systems to monitor supply and demand signals, resolve exceptions, and drive long-term corrective actions.
• Create and maintain accurate master supply schedules that balance customer requirements with manufacturing, procurement, and replenishment capabilities.
• Lead part change management activities, including engineering changes, obsolescence, supersessions, and new part introductions while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Collaborate with suppliers, sourcing teams, and supply chain partners to address material constraints, reduce lead times, and improve supply continuity.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, identifying gaps, driving improvements, and balancing performance trade-offs to meet business objectives.
• Support PFEP initiatives by maintaining accurate planning parameters and optimizing material flow across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management, support supplier performance initiatives, and ensure timely communication of recovery plans and material risks.
