Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary teams delivering water sector projects from feasibility through to design, construction support and commissioning. The role emphasizes strong client collaboration, NEC PSC familiarity, and cross-team leadership.

We value candidates with consultancy/engineering experience, excellent communication, and a drive to develop team capabilities within a global infrastructure firm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' project delivery experience.
• Security clearance checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in line with client and AECOM requirements.
• Coordinate project scope, schedule, resources and risks.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Support and develop team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Manage project commercial performance, including forecasting, costs and cash flow.
• Ensure effective contract administration and quality delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers where required.
• Support business development through proposals, client engagement and future opportunities.
• Promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture.
