• Water industry experience is essential.
• Strong engineering background with leadership responsibility for people and projects.
• Ability to lead, develop and get the best from other Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
• Providing technical direction across multiple water projects.
• Identifying design issues and driving practical solutions.
• Managing technical teams against project programmes and budgets.
• Supporting projects through design, construction and commissioning.
• Contributing to preconstruction design, estimating and cost planning.
• Developing the Engineers within your team.
