Job summary

mci group in the UK is seeking a highly organised Project Co-ordinator to support planning and delivery of live, virtual and hybrid events.

You will work across offices in London, Liverpool and Portsmouth, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate suppliers and delegates, and maintain client relationships.

With 2–3 years of relevant experience, you thrive in a fast-paced team and are fluent in English, able to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Two to three years direct relevant experience in events or project coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client servicing and relationship management ability.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Eligible to work in the UK; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering events across Corporate Events, PCO and DMC, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with teams across London, Liverpool and Portsmouth.
• Provide onsite event management and coordinate suppliers and staff.
• Maintain timelines and priorities for each project.
• Communicate effectively to retain and develop client relationships.
• Support budgeting from conception through reconciliation.
• Assist in building and maintaining project budgets.
• Proactively report on timelines and activities.
• Build supplier relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent MCI UK when required.
