Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced UX/UI Engineer with strong banking domain knowledge to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will design UI solutions and implement them using semantic HTML, CSS, vanilla JS and Web Components.

You will mentor juniors, contribute to reusable UI libraries and champion accessibility and semantic standards while collaborating across offices, client sites, and home-based work in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Strong HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals with responsive design.
• Demonstrable UI visual design judgment.
• Accessibility implementations (keyboard focus, labeling, ARIA, WCAG).
• Experience creating reusable UI components and patterns.
• Portfolio showing UI you designed with accessible considerations.
• Comfortable mentoring and uplifting team capability.

Responsibilities

• Design UI solutions and implement with semantic HTML/CSS/JS.
• Deliver end-to-end from design to production support.
• Improve shared UI libraries and documentation.
