Qualifikationen

• Experience in a digital environment with business analysis, consulting, or related roles.
• Familiarity with Jira and Miro for collaborative product work.
• Ability to work across PA industries including Consumer & Manufacturing, Public Sector, Defence & Security, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services and Transport.

Aufgaben

• Gather and refine business and technical requirements.
• Translate needs into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Strategists, Engineering teams and stakeholders to manage backlogs.
• Support agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Conduct market and user research to extract actionable insights and inform decisions.
• Map user journeys, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
