Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Product Development Specialist for our Wordings & Product team in a hybrid role across Europe. You will bring hands-on underwriting and policy wording experience to shape and evolve our product portfolio with SMEs, underwriters, and IT support.

You will collaborate with leadership to deliver underwriting parameters, wordings concepts, and technical collateral while ensuring customer-centric and compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Business Insurance products, systems, contracts, forms and coverage.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support technical product development for new or updated products.
• Develop underwriting appetite, parameters, and program rules with SMEs and underwriters.
• Draft technical collateral and training materials for product launches.
