Job summary

Test Triangle seeks a Virtual Technology SME to join our Sheffield-based Endpoint Operations team. You will manage Citrix CVAD/VDI environments and VMware/OpenShift workloads, ensuring scalable, reliable virtual infrastructure across time zones.

Collaborate with Support, Project and Engineering teams to drive automation, monitor user experience, and implement AI-assisted workflows for efficient incident resolution.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Desktop Virtualization experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and related tech.
• Experience with CVAD/DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, and core hypervisor/cloud environments.
• Scripting and automation with PowerShell, Jenkins, and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Citrix/VDI environments and related infrastructure.
• Proactively monitor end-user experience, performance, and logon times.
• Implement AI-driven automation and Copilot-based workflows for routine tasks and incident resolution.
• Develop self-healing automations and SOPs using scripting and AI tools.
• Align IT operations with ITSM processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
