Job summary

CloudPay United Kingdom Limited is seeking an Associate UK Payroll & Implementation Specialist to join the in-house Implementation team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in UK payroll processing and client onboarding, with full training provided to support a long-term career.

Based in Andover with a hybrid work arrangement, you’ll handle payroll processing, client support, and documentation while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs minimum, including Maths and English.
• Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across all aspects of UK payroll processing and implementation.
• Accurately and efficiently process multiple payrolls and implementations on behalf of clients, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Provide exceptional support to clients on payroll-related matters, including acting as a backup during holidays or emergencies to maintain service continuity.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and information within the CloudPay payroll system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll data or documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal procedures.
• Responsible for prioritising client’s payroll and delivering payrolls as required.
• Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory UK authorities.
• Compile and file all required reports with relevant UK government agencies, ensuring full compliance.
