Job summary

KBR, Inc. is hiring a Data Warehouse Developer in the United Kingdom. You will design, build and evolve a critical on-premise common data environment, enabling data from multiple sources, and publish reports via Power BI through a gateway to Azure.

The role requires deep SQL/ETL expertise and the Microsoft data stack, with opportunities to move towards a cloud-based SaaS solution in the medium term, collaborating closely with BI/MI leads and analysts.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying multi-source SQL data warehouses.
• Experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS).
• Ability to model data to deliver management information.
• ETL design from multiple sources into a single data store.
• Experience with Data Lakehouse concepts in Microsoft Fabric is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and support data warehouse solutions.
• Publish reports and dashboards (Power BI) to Azure with gateway integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI/MI leads and analysts.
• Document technical designs and data models for maintainability.
• Support project planning, effort estimation and progress reporting.
