Job summary

ETL Systems Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to bridge design and production for TWTA-based products. You will guide first-off manufacture, develop production processes, and drive issue resolution through structured ECRs. The role requires autonomy and a strong electronics/mechanical background.

Experience with RF and high‑voltage electronics is beneficial; on-site work at Hook, UK is required. BPSS compliance and security considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with first-off manufacture and new product introduction processes.
• Ability to diagnose complex electronic faults across boards, analog and RF.
• Experience documenting and implementing corrective actions and ECRs.
• Background in satellite communications, radar, defence electronics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead first-off build and test of TWTA products from kit receipt to system test.
• Define production processes, work instructions, build sequences, and test procedures.
• Identify and resolve manufacturability issues early in the cycle.
• Collaborate with design during reviews to provide manufacturing input.
