Job summary

ETL Systems in Hook, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to bridge design and production for TWTA-based products. You will lead the first-off manufacture and test, define production processes, and ensure early resolution of manufacturability issues to support repeatable production.

The role requires strong electronics/mechanical engineering knowledge, the ability to work autonomously, and a proactive approach to design-for-manufacture feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electronics and mechanical engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the first-off build and test of TWTA products from kit receipt to system-level test.
• Define and establish production processes for new products including work instructions, build sequences and test procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electronic faults during manufacture and test.
