Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Tutor / Health & Social Care Assessor to deliver and assess qualifications up to Level 5. The role combines remote Teams delivery with regular face-to-face learner visits across Exeter, Taunton and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates will have Level 5+ in the sector, a teaching/assessing qualification or a plan to achieve one, and proven ability to manage learner caseloads while supporting progression.

Qualifications

• Level 5+ qualification in Adult Social Care/Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Teaching or assessing qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33 or willing to achieve.
• Experience delivering/assessing Adult Social Care qualifications.
• Strong understanding of adult social care and current practices.
• Experience managing a learner caseload and tracking progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess qualifications up to Level 5.
• Plan and deliver learner-centred training using blended learning.
• Provide feedback aligned to awarding organisation requirements.
• Support learners to apply learning in their workplace.
