Job summary

Tapestry is seeking a Manager, Treasury Operations to oversee treasury across Europe, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking admin and FX settlements. You will partner with Finance, Tax and regional teams to optimise cash and drive operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in treasury for global companies, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, SAP and Hyperion experience, and knowledge of Kyriba.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Treasury experience for global companies, retail industry preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion.
• Experience using a Treasury Management System, Kyriba knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to delivery high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management & Liquidity: manage daily cash operations for European entities; prepare liquidity forecasts; analyse cash positions and funding needs.
• Treasury Operations & Banking: manage banking relationships; oversee bank account maintenance and governance; optimize bank fees and account analyses.
• Foreign Exchange & Risk Management: coordinate FX settlements; support FX risk management; monitor treasury exposures.
• Trade Finance: manage letters of credit and bank guarantees; support trade finance requirements and compliance.
• Controls, Compliance & Audit: maintain policies; support SOX compliance; respond to audits.
• Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives: identify improvements; enhance reporting; support acquisitions and strategic treasuries.
