Tapestry is seeking a Manager, Treasury Operations to oversee treasury across Europe, driving cash management, liquidity planning, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Shared Services and regional teams to optimise cash and drive operational excellence.

Based in the UK, the role requires 5+ years in treasury, proficiency in Excel/PPT, SAP/Hyperion, Kyriba, and a track record in automation and stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Treasury experience for global companies
• Advanced Excel and PPT skills, with working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion
• Experience using a Treasury Management System, Kyriba knowledge preferred
• Innovative mindset that supports change and contributes ideas to drive continuous improvement
• Demonstrated experience leveraging automation and AI within the Treasury function
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated and strong prioritisation skills to effectively and consistently deliver high‑quality work within tight deadlines
• Ability to effectively engage different audiences and communicate clearly and confidently

• Oversee cash management and liquidity planning for European entities
• Maintain banking relationships and KYC/compliance
• Coordinate FX settlements and risk management activities
• Administer letters of credit and bank guarantees
• Lead SOX and internal/external audit responses
• Identify and implement treasury process improvements
