Job summary

Tapestry is seeking a Manager, Treasury Operations to oversee cash management, liquidity planning and banking across Europe. You will partner with Finance, Tax and regional teams to optimise cash and support strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong Excel/PPT, SAP/Hyperion/Kyriba experience, and a track record in automation and risk management. Hybrid work arrangements in the UK are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years treasury experience in a global company or retail group.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with SAP/Hyperion knowledge.
• Experience with a Treasury Management System (Kyriba preferred).
• Proven ability to drive automation and AI in treasury processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily European treasury cash operations and payment approvals.
• Develop liquidity forecasts and cash flow projections for European entities.
• Analyse funding needs and optimise intercompany funding and cash deployment.
• Oversee intercompany settlements and banking platform governance.
• Produce regular liquidity/investment reports for senior management.
• Lead bank relationship management and KYC documentation.
• Support SOX controls and internal audits related to cash management.
• Identify process improvements and support strategic treasury initiatives.
