Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Treasury Manager for a prominent North West property company. You will manage treasury, cash and liquidity, and work with Accounting & Finance to support informed financial planning.

Hybrid role - 2-3 days in the office, permanent. Salary £65,000-£70,000 depending on experience. You will develop plans, prepare financial reports, review performance and improve planning processes.

Qualifications

Experience in treasury operations and financial planning.
Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret financial information.
Experience in preparing financial plans, reports and forecasts.
Confident handling of financial data and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to explain financial information clearly to colleagues.

Responsibilities

Manage treasury activity, cash and liquidity to support financial planning.
Develop and maintain financial plans to support informed decision-making.
Prepare clear financial information for internal stakeholders.
Review financial performance and highlight key trends for planning purposes.
Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to align treasury with wider plans.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for treasury and planning work.
Improve financial planning processes to keep information clear and useful.
