Job summary

Sheffield City Council is seeking a Senior Technician to support the planning and delivery of high‑quality transport infrastructure across active travel, public transport and regeneration priorities.

You will provide technical support to Senior and Principal Transport Planners, analyse transport data, prepare clear reports and engage with local stakeholders to help shape safer, more sustainable and better-connected communities in Sheffield.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport planning, infrastructure or project delivery.
• Ability to analyse data and present findings clearly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
