Job summary
SLR Consulting Ltd is seeking an ambitious Associate to join our Transport Planning team in Leeds or Sheffield on a hybrid basis. You will lead the delivery of transport planning projects, build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to winning new work.
The role includes mentoring junior staff and collaborating across Planning, Environmental and Engineering disciplines.
Qualifications
- Extensive UK transport planning consultancy experience.
- Experience across private and public sector major developments.
- Proven ability to win work and grow existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of transport planning projects across a diverse client portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships that generate repeat business.
- Identify opportunities, support bids and contribute to winning new work.
- Lead client meetings, presentations and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage project performance, profitability and programme delivery.
- Deliver high-quality Transport Assessments, Statements and Travel Plans.
- Mentor developing team members and support the growth of the team.
