Job summary

WSP Leeds is seeking a Development Planner to join our Development Planning team. You will contribute to a range of projects from commercial to residential, developing transport strategies and supporting with evidence and environmental statements.

You will work alongside peers and senior staff, developing your project management and commercial skills while expanding your professional network within a multinational engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Experience on Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, access strategies, parking strategies, sustainable transport.
• Experience in preparing traffic flow information for Transport Assessment or Environmental Statement.
• Ability to set up junction capacity modelling with Junctions 10 or Linsig.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical transport planning input on Development Planning projects.
• Develop transport strategies and contribute to scheme development.
• Collaborate with Highways, Services, Structures and Environmental teams and clients.
