Job summary

IAG Cargo is seeking an experienced senior project/change leader to guide a Transformation team and manage major change programmes across the organisation. You will lead ~5 direct reports and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

You will drive improved processes, manage risks and resources, and championLean/Six Sigma practices to optimise performance. A hybrid office pattern and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven project management/change management experience demonstrated by a successful track record of managing complex change programmes to cost, quality and time.
• Broad experience of working on change projects in a variety of business areas.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced, changeable environment with new technology/products and working practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~5 direct reports and act as part of the Transformation Leadership Team.
• Develop, support and deliver performance for Project Managers and the wider Transformation team.
• Plan and deliver core transformational projects in line with internal control and financial guidelines.
• Define and manage programme controls (progress/issues/risks/resources).
• Present accurate view of programme deliveries and manage change control tightly.
