Job summary

IAG Cargo is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead transformational initiatives across internal controls, financial guidelines and organisational priorities. You will plan, deliver and govern complex IT and business-change projects, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to meet scope, time and budget.

Strong stakeholder engagement and risk management are essential. Hybrid work arrangement offered, with 3 days in the office and two from home, plus opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Proven project management and planning experience with track record of delivering change on time and to budget.
• Experience delivering business change activities at project level.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies with stakeholder support.
• Strong stakeholder management at varied levels including senior management and external suppliers.
• Experience within or alongside a Programme Management Office (PMO).
• Familiarity with end-to-end business case development and approvals in large organizations.
• Financial literacy and ability to work with Finance and Reporting teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver transformational projects in line with internal controls and budgets.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, maximizing success.
• Gather and integrate proposals from suppliers and stakeholders for optimal solutions.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines, risks, and savings.
• Maintain change management processes and balance trade-offs.
• Collaborate on resource planning to optimise skills across the organisation.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Embed changes with effective business change plans to minimize disruption.
• Adhere to standard project management methods while driving continuous improvement.
