Job summary

Hyra is seeking a Finance Analyst in Guildford with 2-3 years of finance experience. The role reports to the CFO and combines robust financial analysis with commercial insight, supporting forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning in a manufacturing environment.

Working pattern is Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, hybrid with 2 days WFH. Benefits include study support, pension and employee discounts, and a modern office with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a Finance Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in producing financial reports and analysing data.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and Lookups.

Responsibilities

• Analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial results.
• Develop forecasting models for sales, revenue and profitability.
• Assist in budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Analyse product, channel and customer profitability.
• Improve reporting processes and develop dashboards.
