Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or operations support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
• Ability to manage and operate technical equipment for filming, live streaming, and content production.

Responsibilities

• Support the booking and delivery of live, hybrid and virtual training sessions.
• Maintain production timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
• Manage the setup and readiness of the production environment across virtual classrooms, physical training spaces, studios, and auditoriums.
• Track and report on production progress, flag risks to the Production Manager.
• Provide logistical and technical support to instructors pre-event and during live events.
