This permanent, hybrid role supports case preparation, data gathering and timely underwriting decisions with a focus on accuracy and client service. Qualifications

• Experience in insurance is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong customer service focus for brokers and clients.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems.
• High degree of accuracy with keen attention to detail.
• Good organisation and structured, team-based working.
• Willingness to learn and progress toward independent underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-quality underwriting decisions within defined authority and guidelines.
• Achieve service levels, maintain data quality and support team performance.
• Prepare case data and manage cases to enable efficient trading outcomes.
