Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience focusing on corporate actions and portfolio accounting.
• Knowledge of the lifecycle of global corporate action events across asset classes; tax withholding knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with derivatives, especially corporate action processing on derivatives is a plus.
• Experience reviewing Market/Company offering documents to interpret event details clearly.
• Experience working with vendor products and technology.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing risk, deadlines, and ambiguities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with corporate action service providers, custodians, and internal clients to improve workflows.
• Support Portfolio Management with analysis of complex voluntary events.
• Execute daily processing/validation of corporate action data across platforms in line with market practice.
• Research and resolve in-conflict action details and confirm client entitlements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to resolve complex action issues; represent Corporate Actions in meetings.
