Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst to join the London-based Investment Operations team. The role involves day-to-day processing of corporate events, ensuring accurate data and strong collaboration with Trading, Portfolio Management, Legal, and other groups globally.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in corporate actions and portfolio accounting, with knowledge of global corporate action life cycles and vendor systems.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience with corporate actions and portfolio accounting.
  • Knowledge of the life cycle of global corporate action events across asset classes and products.
  • Experience with derivatives and corporate action processing on derivatives is a plus.
  • Ability to review market/company offering documents to interpret event details clearly.
  • Experience with vendor systems and technology in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with corporate action service providers, custodians, and internal clients to improve workflows.
  • Provide analysis of complex voluntary events to support Portfolio Management.
  • Execute daily processing/validation while ensuring data integrity across platforms.
  • Research, resolve in-conflict action details, and confirm client entitlements.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
