Restore Information Management, part of Restore Plc, seeks a Customer Assurance & Supplier Risk Analyst to coordinate responses to customer and supplier due diligence. You will work with Information Security, Legal, Procurement and other experts to ensure timely, accurate submissions and ongoing risk monitoring.

The role is hybrid (Rainham) with 37.5 hours/week, permanent, paying £35,000–£50,000 per year.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and complete B2B customer assurance questionnaires, supplier assessments, security questionnaires and other third-party due diligence requests received from Restore customers.
• Review incoming questionnaires, identify information and evidence required and coordinate responses with subject-matter experts across Restore.
• Manage multiple questionnaires concurrently, establish priorities, responsibilities and deadlines and proactively follow up outstanding actions.
• Review responses for completeness, consistency and accuracy before submission.
• Develop working relationships with teams across IT, Legal, Procurement, HR, Health & Safety, Environmental, Business Continuity, Operations, Quality and other specialist functions.
• Support customer Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), RFIs and tender submissions.
• Help design, document and improve Restore's end-to-end customer assurance questionnaire process.
• Support the questionnaire-management platform and maintain a central knowledge library.
• Coordinate supplier/vendor risk assessments and third-party risk management activities via Achilles.
• Review supplier information, identify gaps or risks and coordinate further investigation.
• Track identified supplier risks and remediation actions through to closure.
• Produce management information on activity, risks and trends.
• Escalate material supplier risks through governance channels.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate assurance activities.
• Maintain records, evidence and audit trails.
• Develop trackers, dashboards and reporting for workload and response times.
• Support ongoing internal and external audits.
• Contribute to the development of Restore's assurance and risk frameworks.
