Job summary

Restore Information Management is the UK's leading provider of information management services. We are seeking a Customer Assurance & Supplier Risk Analyst to strengthen our B2B assurance and third-party risk controls in a hybrid role based near Rainham.

You will coordinate customer assurance questionnaires and supplier risk activities, while collaborating across Information Security, IT, Legal, Procurement and Health & Safety to drive continuous improvement and risk visibility.

• Clear written communication for documentation and responses.
• Proactive stakeholder engagement across IT, Legal, Procurement and Security.
• Attention to detail with audit-ready record keeping.

• Confidence using systems and process tools to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete B2B customer assurance questionnaires and supplier assessments.
• Review incoming questionnaires; identify information required and coordinate responses.
• Manage multiple questionnaires concurrently and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Develop relationships with Information Security, IT, Legal, Procurement and other teams.
• Support PQQs, RFIs and tender submissions where appropriate.
• Help design and improve the end-to-end customer assurance process.
• Coordinate supplier risk assessments and ongoing monitoring via Achilles.
• Review supplier information, identify gaps, and drive investigations.
• Track risks and remediation actions through to closure.
• Maintain audit-ready supplier risk records and reporting dashboards.
