Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead a centralised testing function in Leeds. The role focuses on defining testing strategies, building automation, and ensuring the quality of delivery across multiple internal teams and suppliers.

You will lead a team, manage external suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices, including UAT support and deployment readiness. Hybrid onsite requirement in Leeds, with two days per week onsite.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading test teams in complex tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of testing methods, tools, and SDLC.
• Experience across system, integration, regression and UAT testing.

Responsibilities
