Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Technology Risk Consultant to help manage IT systems risk across technology platforms, delivering insight to Risk Owners and Control Offices. The role is hybrid, with flexibility on where you work, and involves collaboration across technology, operations and governance teams.

You will analyse risk data, support control embedding, and contribute to forward-looking risk considerations including resilience and third-party dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology risk management activities.
• Ability to analyse complex information and translate findings into recommendations.
• Knowledge of modern technology environments (cloud, networks, databases, storage).
• Experience working across technology, operations, risk and governance functions.
• Strong communication skills to explain risk concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective management of IT Systems Risk across technology platforms.
• Review and assess issues, risk events and controls with constructive challenge.
• Analyse operational and risk data from multiple sources to identify trends.
• Support embedding of controls across technology platforms and alignment with policies.
• Contribute to a forward-looking view of technology risk, considering resilience and dependencies.
• Build relationships across technology, operations, risk and governance teams.
