Job summary

You will translate complex concepts into clear documentation for end users, installers and internal teams, while leveraging AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and clear presentation of complex technical information.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with documentation in engineering or product environments.
• Familiarity with documentation and content management tools.
• Understanding of software/product development lifecycles.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance documentation quality.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and maintain technical documentation for new and existing products.
• Produce user guides, installation manuals, FAQs, release notes and training materials.
• Gather technical information from engineers and product teams.
• Keep documentation accurate and up-to-date as products evolve.
• Manage document version control and publication workflows.
• Create diagrams, screenshots and visual content as needed.
• Review documents with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation quality and efficiency.
