Marqeta in London is seeking a dynamic Staff Solutions Engineer to partner with Business Development and Customer Success to close new revenue opportunities. You will lead the technical solutioning and consult with customers’ product and engineering teams.

Based in Holborn, this role combines hands-on architectural leadership with ongoing collaboration across internal teams to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Overview and Solution Discovery: present Marqeta's capabilities to customers' product and engineering stakeholders.
• Designing Solutions: partner with Solutions Architects and product teams to refine the best Marqeta solution for customer goals.
• Technical Consulting for Long-term Success: act as trusted technical advisor through implementation and early engagement phases.
• Voice of the Customer: gather feedback and participate in product trainings, beta testing, and cross-team feedback loops.
