Job summary

Emburse in London is seeking a Technical Account Manager (Internal Title: Emburse Solution Advisors) to act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through configuration, product capabilities, and strategic use of Emburse SaaS platform.

You will partner with Customer Success, Support, Product and other internal teams to optimize adoption, manage multiple client priorities, and deliver projects end-to-end in a hybrid London role. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS platforms and workflow software, preferably in finance or T&E management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor for a portfolio of ESA clients.
• Guide clients on product capabilities, configurations, and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end technical projects from requirements to delivery.
• Configure Emburse platform solutions per client specs and service levels.
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects and maintain SLAs.
• Provide proactive status updates on milestones, timelines and risks.
• Coordinate across internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to drive account health and retention.
• Act as an internal SME and contribute to training and product knowledge.
