Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Technical Manager - Hardware & Cloud (HaaS) to join on a hybrid basis, spending time at the Oxford site and owning the delivery pipeline for a Hardware-as-a-Service platform. This role requires strong technical acumen across hardware constraints, driver latency and cloud UI scalability.

Key responsibilities include leading RTL, drivers, SDK and cloud console development, ensuring platform requirements are met, and bridging interactions between hardware and software

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technology products or platforms.
• Strong software development background with ability to review code and specifications.
• Proficiency in Python and C++.
• Understanding from hardware drivers to cloud backend and UI.
• Ability to work across hardware and software teams.
• Strong communication with enterprise customers.
• Comfortable managing trade-offs and product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development lifecycle of RTL designs, drivers, SDK and cloud console.
• Ensure the HaaS platform meets all product requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration between hardware engineers and software developers.
• Engage with enterprise customers to support delivery and product needs.
