Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Hardware/Software Project Manager for a hybrid role in the UK. You will lead Electronics, Mechanical and Software Engineering teams to deliver integrated product development projects and shape the roadmap with Product Management.

We require a degree in Electronics or Software Engineering, proven ability to manage hardware and software projects, and a pragmatic, commercially aware approach. Equal opportunities employer.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Software Engineering or related subject
• Strong project management experience delivering combined hardware and software products
• Proven ability to organise, prioritise and deliver in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrates a pragmatic and commercially aware approach to decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead Electronics, Mechanical and Software Engineering teams through the product development lifecycle
• Plan, budget and manage complex new product introduction projects
• Work closely with Product Management to define and refine product requirements and roadmap
• Provide leadership, direction and support to Engineers, including line management responsibilities
