Close Brothers is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its Risk Team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on IT systems, data analysis and digital process management, with the possibility of hybrid working and both part-time and full-time arrangements.

You will work across traditional and agile delivery environments, modelling complex business processes, data flows and calculation logic, while ensuring regulatory traceability and clear stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Experience applying business analysis tools to IT systems, data, and digital processes.
• Understanding of software development and delivery lifecycles (waterfall and agile).
• Ability to model business processes, systems and data clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Investigates business situations involving IT systems, data, and digital processes, where there is complexity and ambiguity.
• Undertakes option short‑listing and feasibility assessment, considering cost, delivery complexity, risk, and technical constraints.
• Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity.
• Develops models for complex and ambiguous business, system, and data scenarios.
• Defines acceptance criteria covering functional, non-functional, data, and process requirements.
• Acts as a key interface between business, technology, data, and delivery teams.
• Creates and maintains rule-to-requirement traceability and audit‑ready documentation.
