The role requires deep expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP, cloud-native tech, Terraform, Kubernetes, and strong security focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years IT infra and cloud computing experience; 4+ years in architecture.
• Proven design/implementation on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native tech, microservices, containerization, serverless.
• Expertise in networking, security, IAM in cloud.
• Strong IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Cloud certifications (AWS SA/Azure SA) desirable.
• Consulting experience in Randburg, Gauteng, ZA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement cloud architecture solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Lead technical strategy for cloud adoption, migration, modernization.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create architectural blueprints, diagrams, and docs.
• Provide guidance on cloud security, compliance, governance.
• Optimize for performance, scalability, reliability, cost.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infra issues.
• Stay current with cloud advancements.
