Sandwell Council seeks a Digital & TEC Programme Manager to lead Technology Enabled Care strategy, delivering safe, sustainable TEC services and shaping future directions for residents’ independence and wellbeing.

You will drive governance, performance, partnership working and digital inclusion, reporting to the BCF Commissioning Team. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working across the Oldbury office and home-based days.

Qualifikationen

• Significant leadership experience within Technology Enabled Care, digital transformation, or related health/social care environment.
• Experience leading complex programmes from design through implementation, embedding and evaluation.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, risks and performance in a care or public sector setting.

• Lead the strategic development and operational delivery of TEC across Sandwell Place.
• Align TEC with national agendas, council and Integrated Care System digital strategies.
• Provide professional leadership on TEC, digital care technologies and innovation.
• Oversee TEC pathways, digital equipment solutions and monitoring models.
• Manage TEC budgets, procurement, contracts and funding opportunities.
