Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced NHS Talking Therapies High Intensity Counsellor (Depression) for a Band 7 development role in Coventry. The post is full-time (30 hours) with a hybrid mix of remote and face-to-face work across Coventry and Warwickshire.

The ideal candidate will be accredited (BACP/UKCP/etc.), have a Diploma or higher in Person-Centred Counselling or Psychotherapy, and hold Counselling for Depression (CfD).

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or higher in Person Centred Counselling / Psychotherapy.
• Accredited with BACP / UKCP / BPC / ACC / NCPS (accredited professional registrant).
• Completed Counselling for Depression (PCE - CfD) course.
• Experience in medical settings, Talking Therapies, primary care or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals with depression.
• Work with diverse populations in a primary care setting.
• Willingness to develop CfD qualification; role paid at band 6 until qualification achieved.
• Welcome applicants with a DIT qualification.
• Work flexibly with some face-to-face sessions in a 4-day week.
